MEETING MINUTES

Attendees: Brian, Emily, Julie, Hans & Craig  

Called to order at 7:35 PM 

• Board approved $75 increase in dues with a 4-1 vote on 12/31/22. Hans to send out dues letter with $50 discount if paid by 1/31/23. 
• Financials: In good standing. 1 home in collections for 2022. 
• Violations:
  • Review Window and stone fencing issue. Will reach out to City on Window and follow up on stone fencing prior to fine letters. Board approved white tone brick veneer. 
  • Emily to follow up on car parked on street. 
• Annual Meeting: Set for 3/20/22 at 7:30 PM 

End the meeting at 7:56 PM.
