Meeting called to order at 7:08 PM

• Financials: In good standing. 
  • Big expense is $10K+ for tree trimming and storm repair. 
  • Only one house is going to collections for annual dues. 
  • Federal and state taxes have been paid. 
• Old Business:
  • Architectural Issues:
    • Will follow up with house with boarded windows 
    • Send letter to house one down from corner with dumpster. 
  • Tree Trimming:
    • Serapio cleaned up the downed limbs. 
    • Have Arbor Doc contract out to get the trees trimmed on 10/15. 
  • Pond:
    • Chuck Bradshaw meeting with COR on 10/4 at 3 PM
• New Business: 
  • Nothing at this time. 
  • Loretta, Emily and Julie to get together to chat about holidays. 
  • Fence Review:
    • Everyone come back with houses that need to be repaired.
