MEETING MINUTES

Attendees: Hans, Julie, Emily & Brian 

Called to order at 7:38 PM 

• Hans reviewed financials. Four homes have not paid and will continue to take further action. 
• Brian reviewed a homeowner that didn’t ask for HOA permission on windows and doors. We will follow up with them with a letter. 
• HOA is waiting on official language to ban short term rentals of less than three months including VRBO, Air B&B, etc. 
• HOA hospitality of Kona Ice in the Spring in the common area.
