MEETING MINUTES

Virtual meeting called to order at 8:02pm

• Financials: 
  • Reviewed bank balances; No new major expenses
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Remind homeowners boats can’t be parked in yard. 
  • Discussed necessity of ACC notification if replacement fence is identical to previous
  • Review Pond View property fence and confirm it needs stained 
• New Business: 
  • Landscape lighting: expecting a visit/bid from a lighting designer to address issues with monument and path lighting at Renner entrance
  • Pond update: City will be evaluating possible scope of work to address some of the pond issues
