MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Julie, Hans, Gregg, Brian, Craig

Virtual meeting called to order at 7:02pm

• Financials: 
  • We are in good standing.  We are getting dues in and there are 11 AR outstanding at this point. We have zero outstanding from 2020. 
• Website: 
  • There is a new Gmail account for the HOA and will allow us 15 GB of storage.  We can add to it. 
  • Hans to work with Kelly on photos. 
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Reviewed two new requests.  Committee will meet to do a walk through of fencing for the Spring. 
• Pond: 
  • Julie to continue to work on next steps.  
• Bylaws/Arch. Design Standards Updates:
  • Hans and Julie to get together on the bylaws.
• New Business: 
  • None
