• Financials: 
  • Final outstanding AR for 2020 settled in full; full financial report to be posted alongside meeting minutes for EOY. 
• Website: 
  • No updates. 
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Good response to violation letters as many issues have been resolved; new issue identified related to unapproved changes; ACC change request reminder will be printed to insert in annual dues invoices; follow-up letters to be sent to open issues
• Pond: 
  • Julie to continue to work on next steps.  
• Bylaws/Arch. Design Standards Updates:
  • Hans and Julie to get together on the bylaws.
• New Business: 
  • None
