MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Julie, Hans, Gregg, Craig, Brian

Virtual meeting called to order at 7:11pm

• Financials: 
  • Hans sent report to review.  Board reviewed annual year-over-year amount.
  • Reports attached to this post.
• Website: 
  • Brian to update financials and post meeting minutes. 
  • Brian to continue to update the website with storage capabilities.
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Gregg to update Community Standards. 
  • Julie to call Serapio to ask them to mow lawn behind Limbacher. 
  • Craig to meet with Jerry Limbacher (<number redacted>) to discuss the erosion issue.
  • Gregg to send out a letter letting homeowners knowing that know we are doing an inspection in October and letters out in November. 
  • Board committed to drive around and make notes after letter is out. 
  • Hans to send out quote on pond and get updated for every other week. 
  • Gregg to send out Homeowner’s Violation letter. 
  • Craig to work with Serapio on fixing the trees trimmed along Meadow Wood with replacement bushes. 
• Pond: 
  • Julie to work with Amit on next steps re: COR
• Bylaws:
  • Hans to get updated bylaws.
  • Board committed to review promptly and finalize next month.
