Attendance: Julie, Hans, Gregg, Craig, Brian

Virtual meeting called to order at 8:06 pm

• Financials: 
  • All agree to have Serapio remove dead tree. 
  • Four houses have not paid.  Pre-collection letters are going out this week.  30 days and will go to collections.
• Website: 
  •  Working on a plugin for managing files / Kelly is working on the photos. 
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Brian to review letter. Gregg to send out approved letters.  Hans to follow up on the bylaws on the fees. 
• Pond: 
  • No updates
• Bylaws:
  • Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes.
  • Hans to contact new lawyer and get the updated bylaws and architectural guidelines cleaned up
• New Business: 
  • No new business
