MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Julie, Hans, Gregg, Craig, Brian

Virtual meeting called to order at 7:05pm

• Financials: 
  • Reviewed account balances, good shape financially; 4 outstanding ARs for 2020, will send a reminder before heading to collections.
• Website: 
  • New website is up and current; reviewed digital ACC request form
  • Working on completing homeowner validation/registration process
  • Kelly & Hans to work on new photos for the site
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Started a list of early trash violators to submit to the city as needed for repeat offenders
  • Hans to have attorneys recommend fee schedule
• Pond: 
  • Wait for the fall to follow up with the city
  • Hans to check on Serapio to pick up trash around the pond
  • Trouble with people fishing. Police will respond and tell them they are trespassing. 1st time is a notification/warning; 2nd time is charged with criminal trespassing
• Bylaws:
  • Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes.
  • Hans to contact new lawyer and get the updated bylaws and architectural guidelines cleaned up
