MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Hans, Gregg, Craig, Brian

• Financials: 
  • Reviewed account balances, and near-term expenses; 6 outstanding ARs for 2020
• Website: 
  • Need to update Architectural guidelines doc to the correct ACC Request form; new online forms for ACC requests should be ready for review by June board meeting
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Send a general letter in the summer and that we will be doing a general inspection in August.
  • Several homeowners have addressed concerns in letters that were sent out last month; holding on any additional actions for the short-term
• Pond: 
  • Revisited existing estimate on pond dredging
  • Further action paused as we wait for the city to have capacity to discuss the issue with the board
• New Business: 
  • Bylaw Updates:Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes. 
    • Julie to take point.  
    • Hans to send the law firm information, marked up copies and electronic copies. 
  • Any additional new business 
    • Discussion about city ordinance with regard to timing of putting our refuse for pickup; noticing consistent behavior with a few homeowners getting trash out the night before, which often ends up strewn about the alley/yard
