MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Brian, Craig, Julie, Gregg and Hans

• Financials: 
  • Account balances reviewed
  • HOA Dues: 
    • Nine open unpaid dues
    • House with lien (past 2 years) is under contract.  Will be paid + legal fees at closing. 
    • Will send out reminder email with language about payment plan.

• Website: 
  • Progress continuing. 
  • Will commit to $300 a fee for WordPress additional feature.
  • Brian to begin process of transferring the website. 
  • Brian and Hans to continue to work on tax paperwork for website. 

• Architecture / Violations:
  • Fences: 
    • Several are making progress right now. It is on hold right now. 
  • Will hold on asking for any repairs right now. 
  • Will consider sending a general letter in the summer and that we will be doing a general inspection in August.

• Pond: 
  • Craig is sending a copy of the estimate. 
  • Will get materials ready.  Wait for city right now to have capacity. 

• New Business: 
  • Bylaw Updates:Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes. 
    • Julie to take point.  
    • Hans to send the law firm information, marked up copies and electronic copies.
