MEETING MINUTES

Meeting @ Nico’s Cantina called to order 7:01 PM 

• Attendance: Hans, Gregg, Julie, Brian 
• Financials: 
  • Settlement on the 1 standing AR.  1 remaining but house is for sale and will be cleared upon sale. 
  • Payments are progressing well.  14 to 20 that still need to pay. 
  • Good shape with all other expenses
  • John Cox will do our taxes again. 
• Website: 
  • Jimmy has transitioned to Brian. 
  • Brian will begin posting. 
  • Brian to update contacts and positions.  Gregg will handle the architecture.  Hans will handle finances.  Julie can handle all other questions. 
  • Brian to update meeting time and place to 7 PM on the 1st Monday of the month.
• Architecture / Violations: 
  • No requests this month. 
  • Violations discussed. 
  • Fences are not in great shape. Will begin sending letters. 
  • Christmas decorations must be down in March or will send letters
• Pond: 
  • Will send letter out this week. 
  • Hans to resend materials to board. 
• New Business: 
  • Bylaw Updates:
    • Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes. 
    • Julie to take point.  
    • Hans to send the law firm information, marked up copies and electronic copies.
