MEETING MINUTES

- Call Meeting to Order at 6:30 pm
- Approval of the Prior Meeting Minutes
- Minutes from September meeting approved by Hans; Seconded by Jimmy. Motion carried.
- Financial Report
- Total assets: $53,989.69; Savings: $52,354.76; Checking: $1,634.93
- Monthly water, electricity, landscaping, and pond maintenance bills paid
- Currently 2 of the 86 homeowners have unpaid 2019 assessments
i. One home is for sale – will wait to hear from title company
ii. Collection letter has been sent to second HO from attorney
- Committee Reports:
- Architectural Control
- Communications – no update
- Crime Watch –- vacant
- Landscaping:
- Fall/winter planting will be put in early November
- Old Business:
- Review pond dredging bids/estimates
- Prepare agenda for annual meeting – Nov 18th
- Neighborhood upkeep and monitoring of architectural/landscape changes
- New Business:
- Annual Meeting will be Monday, Nov. 18th at 7PM, Room 117 at Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church
- Discussed date for sending out annual meeting letter and presenting go-forward options for covering dredging costs
- Secure a rep from dredging company to attend annual meeting to present options / answer questions
- Finalize proxy forms and officer election ballots
- Annual meeting documentation to be posted to HOA website 30 days prior to meeting.
- Adjourn Open Session – Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm
