MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Julie, Hans, Brian

Virtual meeting called to order at 7:34pm

• Financials: 
  • Bank accounts in good standing.
  • 2022 HOA dues invoices went out this week.  Will see the payments come in over the next 30 days. We have received 13 to date. 
  • We overpaid Serapio for landscaping and have a credit on our account. 
• Architecture / Violations:
  • Discussions with new homeowner regarding state of non-compliant new front window
  • Draft of fine letters to be reviewed
• New Business: 
  • Board member replacement: Board voted unanimously to approve Emily Just’s addition to the board
  • Susan L. was asking about solar panels.  State law prohibits us from limiting. Interested in a generator. Hans to get a description of the work. 
  • Hans is looking at keeping bees.  No complaints from the board.
