  • Expense: Bids to remove dead trees and bushes
  • 1 collection outstanding
• Architecture / Violations:
  • The website is setup so that there is an ACC request form that also sends an email alert to the board for review.
  • Reviewed website approval process for ACC
  • Reviewed ACC report and sent warning letters and approved fines.
