MEETING MINUTES
Attendance: Julie, Hans, Gregg, Brian, Craig
Virtual meeting called to order at 7:02pm
- Financials:
- We are in good standing. We are getting dues in and there are 11 AR outstanding at this point. We have zero outstanding from 2020.
- Website:
- There is a new Gmail account for the HOA and will allow us 15 GB of storage. We can add to it.
- Hans to work with Kelly on photos.
- Architecture / Violations:
- Reviewed two new requests. Committee will meet to do a walk through of fencing for the Spring.
- Pond:
- Julie to continue to work on next steps.
- Bylaws/Arch. Design Standards Updates:
- Hans and Julie to get together on the bylaws.
- New Business:
- None
