- Final outstanding AR for 2020 settled in full; full financial report to be posted alongside meeting minutes for EOY.

- No updates.
- Architecture / Violations:
- Good response to violation letters as many issues have been resolved; new issue identified related to unapproved changes; ACC change request reminder will be printed to insert in annual dues invoices; follow-up letters to be sent to open issues
- Pond:
- Julie to continue to work on next steps.
- Bylaws/Arch. Design Standards Updates:
- Hans and Julie to get together on the bylaws.
