MEETING MINUTES

Virtual meeting called to order at 7:04pm
- Financials:
- Migrated to QuickBooks from Quicken.
- Will move to collect email addresses from all homeowners to allow for online billing/payment.
- Website:
- Added a note about virtual meeting to the website.
- Will continue to work on document storage.
- Hans to follow up on photos.
- Hans to message Next Door about following the website.
- Architecture / Violations:
- Reviewed HOA October Home Audit
- Violation letters to go out in next few weeks.
- Pond:
- Julie to continue to work on next steps.
- Hans to forward Julie trash collection information.
- Bylaws/Arch. Design Standards Updates:
- Deleting fax number on Arch. Design Standards communications; added website forms as acceptable submission method.
- Brian to make minor tweaks to the guidelines and send for final approval.
- Bylaw updates called to a vote: Hans motioned to approve bylaws. Brian seconds. Unanimously approved. Will be notarized and submitted to the county.
- New Business:
- Annual Meeting: Look to host in February/March Virtually.
