Virtual meeting called to order at 8:06 pm
- Financials:
- All agree to have Serapio remove dead tree.
- Four houses have not paid. Pre-collection letters are going out this week. 30 days and will go to collections.
- Website:
- Working on a plugin for managing files / Kelly is working on the photos.
- Architecture / Violations:
- Brian to review letter. Gregg to send out approved letters. Hans to follow up on the bylaws on the fees.
- Pond:
- No updates
- Bylaws:
- Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes.
- Hans to contact new lawyer and get the updated bylaws and architectural guidelines cleaned up
