MEETING MINUTES
Attendance: Julie, Hans, Gregg, Craig, Brian
Virtual meeting called to order at 7:05pm
- Financials:
- Reviewed account balances, good shape financially; 4 outstanding ARs for 2020, will send a reminder before heading to collections.
- Website:
- New website is up and current; reviewed digital ACC request form
- Working on completing homeowner validation/registration process
- Kelly & Hans to work on new photos for the site
- Architecture / Violations:
- Started a list of early trash violators to submit to the city as needed for repeat offenders
- Hans to have attorneys recommend fee schedule
- Pond:
- Wait for the fall to follow up with the city
- Hans to check on Serapio to pick up trash around the pond
- Trouble with people fishing. Police will respond and tell them they are trespassing. 1st time is a notification/warning; 2nd time is charged with criminal trespassing
- Bylaws:
- Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes.
- Hans to contact new lawyer and get the updated bylaws and architectural guidelines cleaned up
