MEETING MINUTES
Meeting @ Nico’s Cantina called to order 7:01 PM
- Attendance: Hans, Gregg, Julie, Brian
- Financials:
- Settlement on the 1 standing AR. 1 remaining but house is for sale and will be cleared upon sale.
- Payments are progressing well. 14 to 20 that still need to pay.
- Good shape with all other expenses
- John Cox will do our taxes again.
- Website:
- Jimmy has transitioned to Brian.
- Brian will begin posting.
- Brian to update contacts and positions. Gregg will handle the architecture. Hans will handle finances. Julie can handle all other questions.
- Brian to update meeting time and place to 7 PM on the 1st Monday of the month.
- Architecture / Violations:
- No requests this month.
- Violations discussed.
- Fences are not in great shape. Will begin sending letters.
- Christmas decorations must be down in March or will send letters
- Pond:
- Will send letter out this week.
- Hans to resend materials to board.

- Bylaw Updates:
- Update fencing guidelines and update voting changes.
- Julie to take point.
- Hans to send the law firm information, marked up copies and electronic copies.
